  • 2 whole Avocados, Peel And Pits Removed
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 1 whole Roma Tomato, Chopped, With The Seeds Removed
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    In a medium bowl, mash the avocado flesh with the lime juice until smooth.

    Stir in the chopped tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno (if using) and the salt and pepper until well combined.

    Refrigerate in a sealed container for 12 hours to allow the flavours to combine before enjoying (if you can wait that long!

    Note: I sometimes use the jalapeno, sometimes dont, its great either way.

    Also, it is a bit better if you let it refrigerate for an hour or so before eating it as the flavours combine, but we often dont wait more then about 2 minutes and its still fantastic!
