- 2 ripe avocados (rough skinned; at room temperature)
- 1 ripe medium size tomato, diced at room temperature
- 1 medium size onion, diced (at room temperature)
- fresh lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- tortilla chips (for dipping)
Directions

1Peel avocados and discard pit.

2Mash avocados with fork in a bowl.

3Add diced tomato and onion.

4Squeeze most of the juice from the lemon half.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

7Spoon into serving bowl.
