- 125 g butter or 125 g margarine
- 140 g cake flour
- 40 g coconut
- 40 g oats
- 30 ml sugar
- 10 ml baking powder
- 410 g guava, halves, drained
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2Using your fingertips, rub the butter into the flour till well blended.

3Add the remaining ingredients, except the guavas.

4Press half the mixture into a greased pie dish or small (about 10 cm in diameter) loose-bottomed quiche tins.

5Place guava halves cut side down in the dish or tins.

6Crumble the remaining flour mixture on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or till the crust is golden brown.

7Serve with cream or custard.
