Spring Mix & Match Pudding Pie

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packagesjell-o vanilla instant pudding mix or 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix or 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
  • 1 (6 ounce) Oreo cookie pie crusts or 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust
  • 12 pint raspberries or 1 cup mini marshmallows or 12 cup toasted flaked coconut

    Pour milk inot medium bowl.

    Add choice of pudding.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

    (mixture will be thick).

    Spoon 1 1/2 cups of pudding into pie crust.

    Top with special extra.

    Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping into remaining pudding; spoon over pie.

    Refrigerate 3 hours.

    Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving.
