Guava Ginger Fruit Punch

- 1 finger fresh ginger root
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 ripe guavas
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 3 c. medium strength tea
Directions

1Peel and chop ginger.

2Boil with 1/2 cup water until a strong ginger flavor.

3Cool and strain through cloth; squeeze ginger. Boil 1 cup water with sugar until dissolved.

4Add tea and ginger water.

5Cut and press guavas through sieve.

6Add to cooled ginger tea mixture and combine with all other juices.

7Serve over ice.
