- 1 package (around 3 Pounds) Corned Beef Brisket
- 2 bottles (12 Oz. Bottle) Guinness
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
Directions

1Remove the corned beef from the package.

2Rinse and pat dry.

3Trim some of the fat off.

4Rub brown sugar onto the meat.

5Place in a slow cooker or crockpot and pour enough Guinness to adequately cover the entire brisket.

6Cook for 6 to 8 hours.

7I serve this with roasted potatoes and carrots and of course, cabbage.
