- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 bell peppers, green bell, chopped
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 lb beef, cubed
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions

1Saute the onions and green peppers in the butter until the onions are transparent.

2Add the tomato paste and cook for about 5 minutes.

3Add the beef cubes and then add all of the other ingredients.

4Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.

5Serve hot alone or over potatoes or pasta.
