  • 2 5/16 tablespoons gelatin powder neutral
  • 1 packet gelatin flavor of choice
  • 7/8 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a small saucepan, and stir well to dissolve.

    Turn on medium heat, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Pour the mixture in silicone molds or ice trays, previously greased with a little vegetable oil.

    Refrigerate a few hours to solidify.

    Unmold and coat with sugar.

    Store in an airtight container.
