  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can tomatoes (1 qt.)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can water
  • 1 c. okra, cut up
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dressed shrimp
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 bulb garlic or powder
  • 1 bunch green onions

    Add rest of ingredients in order, then cover with water.
