- 1/2 c. green onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. wonton wraps
- water (one bowl)

1Mix first 6 ingredients well.

2Take small amounts of meat mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and place in center of wonton wrap. With wet fingers, wet all sides of wonton wrap and fold over into a triangle, pressing all sides down firmly, flattening the meat mixture lightly.
