   Mix puree with honey.

   Spread thinly on clean dry board or waxed paper.

   Suspend cheesecloth over puree to keep insects from fruit.

   Allow to dry, then peel from surface.

   Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper.

   Store in covered containers.
