- fillet or bone in fish
- lemon juice
- fresh thyme or paprika
- salt and pepper
- tomatoes, sliced and skinned
- seasoned salt
- onion, thinly sliced
- margarine
Directions

1Put fish in flat pan or broiler pan.

2Baste completely with lemon juice.

3Set aside approximately 15 minutes prior to cooking, then add fresh thyme (sprinkle a lot all over fish).

4Sprinkle paprika to taste; salt and pepper to taste or seasoned salt. Place other ingredients on top of fish; place dabs of margarine on fish.

5Put in broiler; do not turn fish.

6Brown to golden brown or color desired, brushing or basting with juices from fish periodically.

7Add a tiny bit of water to fish.

8Bake 10 to 15 minutes until done.
