- 3 Large eggs
- 1 chicken breast
- extra virgin olive oil (up to you)
- soy sauce (again, its up to you how much to put in)
- garlic butter
- healthy pinch of oregano and basil
- 1 green onion
- salt & pepper
- parsley (optional)
Directions

1Separately cook Large eggs, chicken and rice.

2Cook Large eggs like you would cook scrambled Large eggs.

3Cook chicken till not pink and cook rice normally.

4Heat butter and fold in the garlic.

5Dice Large eggs, green onion and chicken till very fine.

6Mix Large eggs, chicken, rice, and green onion.

7Add in extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, garlic butter, spices, and parsley, Mix thoroughly.
