- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Directions

1Mix ingredients together

2Heat large heavy frying or skillet pan with cooking oil (cast iron).

3Allow to become hot.

4Seperate ground beef mixture into 4 balls, coat outside of balls with the AP flour, then flatten into round patties.

5Cook on both sides brown until centered is as desired!
