  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    Mix ingredients together

    Heat large heavy frying or skillet pan with cooking oil (cast iron).

    Allow to become hot.

    Seperate ground beef mixture into 4 balls, coat outside of balls with the AP flour, then flatten into round patties.

    Cook on both sides brown until centered is as desired!
