  • 6 halibut fillets (1-1/2 lb.), 2 inches thick
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Place fish on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish.
