- 1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. halibut, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.

2Bake, covered, at 375° for 10 minutes.

3Top with broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Top this with the halibut.

4Bake, covered, at 375° for 25 minutes. Stir rice.

5Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, for 3 minutes.
