- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1-1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 lrg. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 c. water
- 3 TBSP. butter
- 3 TBSP. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. Halibut
Directions

1In a large kettle combine potatoes, vegetables, onion, celery and water.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.

3Let simmer for 20 minutes.

4In a saucepan;

5melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.

6Gradually add milk.

7Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

8Add to vegetable mixture. Stir in cooked halibut.
