  • 6 (3 to 4 oz.) halibut steaks
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lo-cal margarine
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced lengthwise in 6 strips

Directions

    In a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, combine lemon juice, salt and paprika.

    Add halibut steaks and marinate 15 minutes.

    Turn steaks after 10 minutes. Cook onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.

    Place onion on top of halibut and top with 6 green pepper strips.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
