  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 medium whole tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions with tops
  • lemon pepper
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 lb. halibut, cut into 1 x 4-inch slices
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

Directions

    In large skillet, melt butter.

    Saute garlic, green onions and tops, diced tomatoes and jalapeno pepper.

    Add halibut; cook until 1/2 of the bottom turns white.

    Turn and continue cooking; don't overcook.

    Serve halibut in individual dishes with butter sauce poured over.
