Can) Chili Beans In Spicy Sauce; 2 cans (28 Oz. Can) Tomatoes Diced With Juice; 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Tomato Paste; 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped; 3 stalks Celery, Chopped; 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped; 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped; 2 whole Green Chili Peppers, Seeded And Chopped; 1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits; 4 cubes Beef Bouilon; 1/2 cups Beer; 1/4 cups Chili Powder; 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire; 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic; 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano; 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin; 2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce; 1 teaspoon Dried Basil; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper; 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper; 1 teaspoon Paprika; 1 teaspoon White Sugar; Fritos, For Garnish; Shredded Cheddar Cheese For Garnish

1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
4 cubes Beef Bouilon
1/2 cups Beer
1/4 cups Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Crumble the ground meat and sausage in large pot and cook until brown. Drain excess grease.

Pour in the chili beans, spicy chili beans and sauce, tomatoes and tomato paste.

Add the onion, celery, bell peppers, chili peppers, bacon, bouillon, and beer. Season with all the spices. Stir to blend.

Cover and cook over low heat at a simmer for 2 or more hours, stirring occasionally.

After 2 hours taste and adjust seasoning as needed. The longer the chili simmers, the better it will taste.

Garnish with Fritos, cheese and other toppings.
