- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into small equal pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 cup half-and-half cream
- 14 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Place carrots in a large sauce pan.

2Fill with enough water to cover by 1-2 inches.

3Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.

4Cook until carrots are tender.

6Drain water and transfer carrots to a food processor.
