- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 can sauerkraut
Directions

1Core cabbage and put in warm water.

2Let it boil; cover and leave for about 10 minutes.

3Break leaves off.

4Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, onion, 1/4 tomato sauce and rice together in a bowl.

5Take cabbage leaf and put 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground beef mixture in it.

6Roll cabbage.

7Place cabbage rolls in a roaster pan with edge of folded side down.

8Place sauerkraut over top.

9Pour 1/2 can of tomato sauce on top.

10Bake at 325° for at least 2 hours.
