- 3 to 5 lb. ham butt
- 2 large heads cabbage
- potatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut ham in small pieces and put in a large pot 1/4 to 1/2 full of water.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Boil about 1/2 hour. Cut cabbage heads into quarters and put into the pot.

4Cover pot and boil with potatoes until potatoes are done.

5Serve hot.
