  • 3/4 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can coconut
  • 1 pie shell (unbaked)

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes at 300° and then turn oven to 275° and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
