- 8 slices bread, cubed (Pepperidge Farm is good)
- 1 lb. ham, cubed
- 3/4 lb. American cheese, cubed (Velveeta)
- 7 to 8 medium eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

2Place bread cubes and ham in bottom; top with cheese.

3Combine eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over cheese layer.

4Top with margarine.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325°.
