- 1 lb. ham, cubed
- 3/4 lb. American cheese
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 3/4 c. milk
- dash of dried mustard
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Place bread crumbs and ham in dish.

3Top with cheese.

4Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over cheese.

5Pour butter over it all.

6Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325°.
