  • 1 cup all-purpose flour + 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • 12 oz ham, coarsely chopped
  • 3 oz marinated fire-roasted red pepper strips, drained
  • 3 oz cheese, grated
  • 12 None green olives

Directions

    Combine flour, 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup water. Mix until just combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly. Shape into a 9 1/2 inch disc.

    Heat remaining oil in a 9 1/2 inch nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add dough and cook for 8-10 mins, or until golden underneath. Flip over. Spread with pasta sauce then top with ham, peppers, cheese and olives. Cook, covered, for 10-15 mins, or until base is golden and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
