- 1 pkg. hash browns
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. finely chopped ham
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of ground red pepper
- 5 eggs, beaten
- paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients, except paprika, in large bowl.

3Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 x 17 x 2-inches.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

6Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
