Ingredients

  • 1 qt. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. ham, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. raw potatoes, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper

Directions

    In large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add ham and potatoes.

    Fry for 10 minutes or until done.

    Remove from heat and add flour and seasonings.

    Mix well.

    Add milk. Return to heat and warm slowly.

    Serve piping hot garnished with parsley flakes.
