Ham And Potato Chowder

- 1 qt. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3/4 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. raw potatoes, diced
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper
Directions

1In large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add ham and potatoes.

2Fry for 10 minutes or until done.

3Remove from heat and add flour and seasonings.

4Mix well.

5Add milk. Return to heat and warm slowly.

6Serve piping hot garnished with parsley flakes.

7Serves 6.
