- 2 c. cooked, diced ham
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. green peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Use a 2-quart casserole dish, greased. Combine ham, rice, peas, 1/2 cup cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne. Spoon into casserole dish.

3Add remaining cheese to the whipped cream.

4Spread over top of rice mixture.

5Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
