  • 3 c. cooked diced ham
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Place rice in bottom of greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Layer broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese over rice.

    Combine soup, mayonnaise and mustard.

    Mix well.

    Pour over ham; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
