Ham And Spinach Turnovers

- 4 poached eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 slices American or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked ham
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Prepare poached eggs, except cook 3 minutes.

3Drain thoroughly.

4Roll pastry in 18 x 10-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.

5Cut into 4 (10 x 4 1/2-inch) rectangles.

6Layer drained and thawed spinach, ham, mustard, egg and cheese on one end of each rectangle to 1/2-inch of edge.

7Fold pastry over cheese.

8Fold edges of pastry, pinching firmly to seal.

9Bake 15 minutes or until pastry is puffed and deep golden brown.
