- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham
- 16 oz. frozen peas, potatoes and carrots
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In 4-quart pan over medium heat, melt margarine.

2Add onion and cook until tender.

3Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

6Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly thickened and vegetables are tender. Makes 5 (1 1/4 cup) servings.
