  • 3 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Sliced
  • 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 8 whole Carrots, Sliced 1/2-inch Thick
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1- 1/2 pound Brisket, Flank Rib, Shoulder Roast Or Stew Meat

Directions

    Place stock, onion, garlic, mushrooms and carrots in crockpot.

    Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and salt.

    Place the beef in the center and put the lid on.

    Turn crockpot on to low and cook for a minimum of 8 hours (up to 24 hours).

    Serve!
