Ham Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 c. finely cubed cooked ham
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 can asparagus (15 oz.), drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use less)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet until tender.

    Stir in mushrooms, asparagus, ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese and mustard.

    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese.

    Broil for 5 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly and dish is heated through.
