- 2 c. finely cubed cooked ham
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 can asparagus (15 oz.), drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use less)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet until tender.

2Stir in mushrooms, asparagus, ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese and mustard.

3Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.

4Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese.

5Broil for 5 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly and dish is heated through.
