- 1 pound ham ground
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 pound lean ground pork
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard salad
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Thoroughly mix the ham ball mixture and shape into bite-size meat balls.

3Place in a baking pan.

4Mix the glaze to make a basting sauce and pour over the Ham Balls.

5Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

6The Ham Balls should be basted several times while baking.

7Set aside to cool.
