  • 1 pound ham ground
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard salad
