- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, mix the beef, ham, eggs and cracker crumbs until well blended.

3Shape into balls. Place on a large, rimmed baking sheet.

4In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients until well blended.

5Pour over ham balls.

6Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

7Makes 60 balls.
