  • 1 lb. lean ground pork
  • 2 lb. cured ground ham
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
  • 1 onion

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Make into balls, using 1/2-cup measuring cup.

    Mix catsup and brown sugar; spoon on top of each ham ball.

    (If freezing, this can be added on top when ready to bake.)

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    If frozen, bake at 350° for 1 hour.
