- 1 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham
- 1 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Mix ham, pork, milk, egg and oatmeal or bread crumbs and make into balls.

2Arrange in baking dish.

3Combine brown sugar, vinegar and water and pour over balls.

4Bake 1 hour in medium oven at 350°.
