  • 1 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix ham, pork, milk, egg and oatmeal or bread crumbs and make into balls.

    Arrange in baking dish.

    Combine brown sugar, vinegar and water and pour over balls.

    Bake 1 hour in medium oven at 350°.
