  • 2 oz finely shredded daikon
  • 14 oz sashimi-grade tuna, sliced very thinly across the grain
  • 2 tsp wasabi
  • 2 tbsp pink pickled ginger
  • 1/3 cup Japanese soy sauce

Directions

    Soak daikon in ice water for 15 mins then drain.

    Arrange tuna slices between 4 serving plates. Place daikon next to tuna. Garnish plates with wasabi and pickled ginger. Serve with a separate bowl of soy sauce.
