- 2 oz finely shredded daikon
- 14 oz sashimi-grade tuna, sliced very thinly across the grain
- 2 tsp wasabi
- 2 tbsp pink pickled ginger
- 1/3 cup Japanese soy sauce
Directions

1Soak daikon in ice water for 15 mins then drain.

2Arrange tuna slices between 4 serving plates. Place daikon next to tuna. Garnish plates with wasabi and pickled ginger. Serve with a separate bowl of soy sauce.
