  • 2 1/2 lb. ground ham
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 lb. ground pork (not sausage)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cans tomato soup

Directions

    Combine meats, crackers, eggs and milk.

    Shape meatballs by hand or use large ice cream dipper.
