  • 2 lb. ham, ground
  • 1 lb. pork roast, ground
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and make balls.

    Mix next 4 ingredients, pour over balls.

    Bake, covered with foil, 1 hour at 350° then, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
