- 3 c. cooked rice
- soy sauce to taste
- 1 medium garlic, cut fine
- 1 small head cabbage, cut fine
- 1 large onion, cut fine
Directions

1Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Cook until crisp. Remove from pan.

2In bacon grease, cook the garlic and onion until they smell good. Add the carrots and cabbage; stir-fry.

3Pour mixture over rice. Crumble bacon on top. Add a little soy sauce to taste.
