  • 1/2 pkg. bacon
  • 2 carrots, cut fine
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • soy sauce to taste
  • 1 medium garlic, cut fine
  • 1 small head cabbage, cut fine
  • 1 large onion, cut fine

Directions

    Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Cook until crisp. Remove from pan.

    In bacon grease, cook the garlic and onion until they smell good. Add the carrots and cabbage; stir-fry.

    Pour mixture over rice. Crumble bacon on top. Add a little soy sauce to taste.
