- 1 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. white bread (no crust)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

2Break up bread into small pieces; let bread dry out slightly.

3Add bread to milk mixture. Add raw meat and mix thoroughly.

4Form small balls.

5Cook vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard, water and salt and pepper until melted and blended together.

6Pour over balls which have been placed in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned; turn occasionally.

8Save sauce; reheat in serving dish.

9Serve with long toothpicks.
