- 1 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine meat, crumbs, eggs and milk.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Make into balls.

4Place in pan.

5Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar and water thoroughly.

6Pour over ham balls, basting often.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
