- 2 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 5 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. shaved ham
- 9 to 10 doz. biscuits (canned biscuits will do)
Directions

1Blend butter, onions, poppy seed and mustard.

2Refrigerate 24 hours.

3Return to room temperature.

4Spread each biscuit with butter mixture after baking by package directions.

5Add ham. Cover with foil.

6Warm in oven 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
