- 1 can Hormel chunk ham (5 oz.)
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 4 oz. pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf French bread or 1 pkg. Cobblestone baguettes

Directions

1Drain ham thoroughly and flake apart.

2Mix together with mayonnaise, sour cream, margarine, garlic salt and parsley flakes. Split and half bread.

3Place bread on foil lined baking sheet. Spread margarine on bread.

4Place sliced Mozzarella over margarine. Spread ham mixture over Mozzarella and top with grated cheese. Heat in 400° oven until bread is heated through and cheese is melted.

5Ham bread can be topped with olives, green peppers, onions, etc., if desired.
