Strawberry Box Cake

Name: Strawberry Box Cake
Ingredients: 1 pkg. White Cake Mix (Do not follow cake directions on box.); 1 pkg. Strawberry jello; 3 T. flour; 3/4 C. salad oil; 1/2 C. water; 4 eggs; 2/3 box (10 oz. or more) frozen strawberries thawed and drained (Reserve remaining 1/3 of berries and some liquid for icing.)

1 pkg. Strawberry jello
3 T. flour
3/4 C. salad oil
1/2 C. water
4 eggs
2/3 box (10 oz. or more) frozen strawberries thawed and drained (Reserve remaining 1/3 of berries and some liquid for icing.)

Mix together cake mix, jello, and flour. Add water and oil. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Add berries next and mix. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 min. Take a toothpick test.

For frosting:

Using reserved juice from berries, butter or margarine, and powdered sugar. Beat until combined.

You may just use whipping cream with a little powdered sugar to taste.
