- 8 thin slices honey ham
- 3 slice maple bacon
- 4 slice sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 onion bagels
- 2 tbsp honey mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 handful of arugala
- 2 tbsp poppy seed dressing
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

1Place bacon on a sheet tray and cover with a thin layer of brown sugar.

2Bake at 350 on the bottom shelf for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

3Spread mayonnaise on the bottom of each bagel, and honey mustard on the top.

4Layer the bottom half of each bagel with ham, bacon, and cheddar.

5Toast tops of bagels separately, cut side up.

6Toast in a 450 oven for approximately one minute or until bagel is crispy.

7Mix arugala and poppy seed dressing in a mixing bowl.

8Top the cheddar with the dressed arugala.
