Name: Ham Cheese Ball
Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1/4 c. mayonnaise; 2 c. ground, chopped ham; 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley; 4 green onions, chopped; 1/4 tsp. dried mustard; 1/2 tsp. hot Tabasco; 1 c. chopped pecans

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. ground, chopped ham
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. hot Tabasco
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

Cream the cream cheese and mayonnaise and add rest of ingredients except pecans.

Chill 2 hours, then work into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.

Serve with Wheatsworth crackers or Sociables.
